About Anthony Chung
Tell me about your journey to real estate.
I started my journey into real estate in 2007 learning the in and outs of the business in a small brokerage in the East Bay, and became a licensed agent in 2009. Since then, I have had the opportunity to represent numerous buyers, sellers, investors, and have successfully completed multiple renovation projects throughout the Bay Area.
What are three words your clients would use to describe you?
Honesty – I am up front and paint the picture for clients early in the process. I treat each transaction as if I am selling a home to a family member. This is not a business about selling the most homes, it's about putting the right families into the right homes at the right times, and building strong relationships.
Responsive – I respond to calls/texts/emails, 7 days a week from the early morning hours and into the late night hours.
Detailed – I do my research and provide my clients with all current information. If I do not have the answer, I will get the answers in a timely manner.
What most excites you about your work?
The opportunity to be my own boss and to have the entire San Francisco Bay Area as my playground. Most importantly, the ability to make a dream come true for my clients, whether it is the opportunity of home ownership or maximizing the sale of their property.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
You can find me in local volunteer activities or community events. Such as, homeless shelters: St. Vincent de Paul, St. Vincent, Glide. Lately, I have started to switch gears, focusing more on helping our youth. I have gotten more involved with Elementary and Middle Schools and helping to grow the Sequoia Foundation.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
My integrity and ethical obligations as a Realtor. Honest purchase and sales has been my goal since I became a licensed Realtor. It’s not about the money or the numbers sold. It about connecting the dreams and building lasting relationships.
What is your favorite hobby?
Ever since I was a child, I've been really hands-on. I've always enjoyed building sheds and bonding with my father over working on our house.
What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation is to tour Asia, because the furthest I've ever been out of San Francisco is New York, and I would like the opportunity to leave the country.
What magical power would you want to have?
The ability to fly--there is nothing more freeing!
What is the strangest activity on your bucket list?
I want to try exotic food such as insects and bugs.
Anthony is a very good communicator, knowledgeable, and honest. Anthony came to the house on his own time to help resolve some issues that the buyers had to clear the contingencies. Anthony helped prep the home and did some housework to help with the sale of the home.

I really appreciate it that I have had my agents Anthony Chung and Khurel Bud. They negotiated the best value of my San Francisco place and sealed the deal in two weeks, after I took the place back from the market since my previous agent couldn’t sell it at a much lower price for three months. It’s the highest sold home of the same size in the high-rise. They also upgraded and staged the place without having me involved at all, and they helped me moving after the closing. I really appreciate their wonderful skills and thoughtful service, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for selling or buying a home.
